Urgent Response to Crises and Disasters
A comprehensive program for rapid response to emergency events, natural disasters and humanitarian crises affecting Gaza Strip, aiming to alleviate the suffering of the afflicted and affected.
Relief and Aid Program Phases:
- Emergency Relief Phase: Providing immediate assistance (food, water, medicine, shelter)
- Early Recovery Phase: Initial rehabilitation of infrastructure
- Recovery Phase: Medium-term support for restabilization

- Urgent cash assistance for affected families
- Food baskets and ready meals
- Medical treatment and essential medicines
- Clean drinking water and usage water
- Temporary shelter for displaced persons
- Repair and rehabilitation of damaged houses
- Furniture and household items
- Clothing, covers and blankets

- 233,067 beneficiaries have benefited from the program since 2006
- $6,828,730 disbursed as emergency aid
